Magic Now Available

The fourth book in The Endonshan Chronicles, Magic, is now available as a paperback! You can find it on Amazon here.

Young Princess Tashan loves life in the palace with her parents, as well as sneaking out in disguise so she can play with her older cousin, Ari. Her biggest problem is trying to control her untamed magic use - or it was, until she stumbles into a plot against her family and is kidnapped. Staying disguised as a street kid, she struggles to find a way to escape with no one to help her but a grandmotherly elder and a pugnacious teen. Unfortunately, there's only so much they can do locked in an underground dungeon, especially when Tashan's magic is more likely to harm them than to do anything useful.

An unlikely ally arrives with a new possibility for escape; the only catch is that the plan hinges on Tashan's magic. If she can't come up with a way to control her magic use - fast - then she'll lose her parents forever.

The third book in The Endonshan Chronicles, Power, is now available as a paperback! It can be found on Amazon here.

When Princess Tashan summons Mara and her husband, Mikell, they never thought they would be sent on a new adventure with their old friends Ari and Korent. The four venture deep into the mountains to hunt down a powerful stone with the ability to amplify a magic user's powers. They have to face not only the perils of the journey into the mountains - cave-ins, sheer cliffs, and the vicious underdwellers - but also tensions between them as Mikell grows increasingly more alarmed at Mara's changing personality.

When Mara is separated from the others, she has to rely on herself to survive and find her friends even as they strive to find her. Not only that, but they discover someone else is after the stone: an enemy who will stop at nothing to get it and use its potential to become a violent, destructive force.

I know that not everyone is into reading eBooks, so I am working on converting my collection into paperback form as well. And I'm happy to say that Past Seer can now be found as a paperback on Amazon!

Vedika Dewan is a Past Reader, someone able to 'see' the echoes left behind by the energy of past actions. She's content with her life in the big city of Cheriton, Reading various trinkets for clients, taking the occasional consulting job with the police, dodging her vile downstairs neighbor, and occasionally getting to order takeout.
Luka Bergmann is a new detective in Cheriton with a deeply ingrained suspicion of Readers. He's thrown out of his comfort zone when he learns that his new partner Escobar regularly works with Vedika to solve high-profile murders. And now they have a serial killer on their hands, one who likes joggers and snapping necks. Whether he likes it or not, they must rely on Vedika for information to crack this case.
But then Past Readers start showing up dead. Luka and Vedika will have to find a way to work together to solve this before Vedika ends up in the killer's sights.

The paperback version can be found here. Enjoy!

Slow and Steady Wins the Race?

First, I would like to apologize for the lack of updates/information in the past year. Life has taken some interesting twists and turns, and during this time, my writing projects have taken a backseat to everything else going on. Thank you to those of you who have stayed patient with me through all this!

Second, I am sorry to say that I will not be at the Florence Festival of Books this year. However, it will still be a fantastic event! Please come check it out if you have a chance. It will be held at the Florence Events Center on Saturday, September 28th from 10am-4pm. You can find more information here.

Third, and last, the happy news: I have a new book in the works! It is paranormal fiction, about a young woman with the ability to 'read' the past by seeing echoes left behind by bioelectric energy. Featuring serial killers, work drama, and overbearing mothers, this book is a fun and thrilling adventure from start to finish. Keep your eyes open for more hints and news as this project develops!

I'm happy to announce that I've been featured on Shepherd.com! Along with promoting DragonBond, the first book in my Endonshan Chronicles series, I had the opportunity to recommend five great books which also have sassy sidekicks, like Alita's dragon Axen. This was a fun experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunity. Check it out here!
